Returns

Xantus Business Systems, LLC - TonerWest will replace any defective cartridge. Customers are encouraged to bring the product back to the store so we can replace it or refund your money (the choice lies with TonerWest).

Shipping defective merchandise back to the store requires that you call us at (520) 459-7809 to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA)'. Anything shipped back without an RMA will result in 20% restock fee. Many problems can be resolved over the phone, so please call first.

Payment

Xantus Business Systems, LLC - TonerWest accepts the following forms of payment:

We can also exetend credit to qualified business customers. We only accept Purchase Orders online for security reasons. If placing a PO order for pick-up TonerWest will pull and pack the order then call as soon as its ready. When the order is picked up any of the above forms of payment will be accepted. We will also deliver at no cost POs placed for delivery in the Sierra Vista city limits. When PO is placed for delivery the items must be paid in full upon delivery unless the customer has credit with TonerWest.
